The property is a restored rural house on the outskirts of the town of Alaior. It is a 10 minute walk into the village, ideal for the early bird that wishes to surprise the family with fresh bread and local pastries at breakfast! Its central location within the island puts both the northern and southern beaches within close proximity. The nearest sandy beach of Son Bou is only 12 minutes drive away. Alaior itself is a small interior town, very much undeveloped touristically and perhaps one of the more authentic towns on the island. The property is set within 2.5 acres of rural terraced Mediterranean landscape. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, separate downstairs wc, large kitchen / dining room and living room. It has private secure parking within the grounds adjacent to the house, shaded pergola, a swimming pool converted from an ancient stone water tank, and all set within its own secluded walled gardens.
