Notes
- Prices are per night and include IVA & local Balearic Eco taxes
- Payments are to be made in Euros
- A full clean and change of linen and towels is included for stays over 10 days (carried out on the 7th day). A light mid-week clean is also included for the first week’s rent if requested.
- The house includes the large walled gardens and swimming pool. The wider grounds/fields beyond the large walled gardens will not be accessible.
- The house is comprised of:
- Ground floor: Living Room | Kitchen & dining room | Guest toilet
- First floor: 1 double en-suite bedroom | 2 twin bedrooms | 1 family bathroom | laundry
- Second floor: 1 double room | en-suite shower room
- We require 50% payment to secure the requested booking dates, and full payment a minimum 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will include this season’s rates + €600 deposit for breakages (returned latest 10 working days following departure).

(Sunday arrivals possible but the island support team rest on this day and will only attend the house if there is an emergency. All else would wait until Monday)
